General Home/Commercial Inspection
The definition of a Property Inspection is as follows:
A non-invasive, visual examination of the accessible areas of a commercial or residential property performed for a fee, which is designed to identify defects within specific systems and components that are both observed and deemed material by the inspector.
What does that mean? Simply put, a Property inspection is intended to assist in the evaluation of the overall condition of the property. The inspection is based on observation of the visible and apparent condition of the structure and its components on the date of the inspection and not a determination of future conditions.
